The xHP Flashtool brings the aging 6-speed ZF 6HP transmission into the modern era. Designed for performance and driveability, it removes built-in limitations and transforms shift behaviour across all driving modes. Available in three pre-configured stages with a custom option for advanced users.
Stage 1
- Removes the transmission’s internal torque limiters
- Allows engine tunes to use true torque values—no torque simulation needed
- Improved driveability and enhanced reliability
- Gear display enabled in dash (D1..D8)
Stage 2
- Includes all features from Stage 1
- Full remap of the transmission’s shift programming
- Faster gear shifts and stronger throttle blips in Sport modes
- Improved response to throttle input for a smoother, sportier drive
Stage 3
- Builds on Stage 2 enhancements
- Significantly shorter shift times in Sport modes
- Lightning-fast responsiveness and race-style auto-shifting in Sport+
- Stronger throttle blips and refined Launch Control parameters
- Recommended for enthusiasts and track-focused setups
Custom
- Custom software tuning parameters are currently TBC (to be confirmed)
