The xHP 8-Speed Tune unlocks the true performance potential of the ZF 8HP automatic transmission. Designed to complement high-performance engine tuning, each stage refines responsiveness, shift logic, and driving feel — transforming both daily and spirited driving. Installed in-house only by our expert team.
Stage 1
- Removes the transmission’s internal torque limiters
- Enables engine tunes to use true torque values without tricking the ECU
- Greatly improves driveability and long-term transmission health
- Gear display enabled in your dash (D1..D8)
Stage 2
- Includes all benefits from Stage 1
- Complete remap of the transmission’s shift behaviour
- Faster shifts, stronger throttle blips in Sport modes
- More responsive to throttle inputs
- Noticeably more dynamic and sporty feel
Stage 3
- Builds on Stage 2 with further performance refinements
- Even shorter shift times in Sport and Sport+ modes
- Lightning-fast gear changes and enhanced auto-shifting logic
- Reconfigured Launch Control parameters
- Stronger blips, quicker response — ideal for track and enthusiast use
