Description
Bimecc Stud & Nut Conversion TÜV Approved
Bimecc Stud & Nut Conversion Kit (Black Open Nuts) is a must-have upgrade for drivers looking to improve ease of wheel installation, safety, and vehicle aesthetics. Ideal for vehicles running aftermarket wheels and/or spacers, this kit ensures correct thread engagement and long-term reliability for road and track use.
⚠ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Each kit is sold as a complete vehicle set for 5-bolt wheels. Please ensure correct thread size and spacer requirements are confirmed before purchase.
NOTE: Taper & Nut Size: 60-Deg 19mm Hex, listings also available with Copper nuts.
Why Choose a Stud & Nut Conversion?+
When fitting spacers or aftermarket wheels, available thread engagement can be reduced. Aftermarket wheels often feature thicker mounting faces, while spacers reduce engagement by their thickness.
For example, fitting a 15mm spacer reduces thread engagement by 15mm. To maintain safety, this lost engagement must be recovered using longer studs or bolts.
Why Use the Bimecc Stud & Nut Conversion Kit?+
- Faster and easier wheel changes – studs act as guides during installation.
- Stronger and more secure – consistent and correct thread engagement.
- Ideal for track use – increased durability under high-performance conditions.
